196. Verordnung des Bundesministers für Land- und Forstwirtschaft, Umwelt und Wasserwirtschaft, mit der die Kraftstoffverordnung 2012 geändert wird
Auf Grund der §§ 11 Abs. 3, 26a Abs. 2 lit. c und § 136 Abs. 3a des Kraftfahrgesetzes 1967, BGBl. I Nr. 267/1967, zuletzt geändert durch das Bundesgesetz BGBl. I Nr. 9/2017, wird im Einvernehmen mit dem Bundesminister für Wissenschaft, Forschung und Wirtschaft, der Bundesministerin für Gesundheit und Frauen sowie dem Bundesminister für Verkehr, Innovation und Technologie verordnet:
Die Verordnung über die Qualität von Kraftstoffen und die nachhaltige Verwendung von Biokraftstoffen (Kraftstoffverordnung 2012), BGBl. II Nr. 398/2012, in der Fassung der Verordnung BGBl. II Nr. 259/2014, wird wie folgt geändert:
1. In § 3 Abs. 1 wird der Punkt am Ende der Z 8 durch einen Strichpunkt ersetzt; nach der Z 8 wird folgende Z 9 eingefügt :
| ?9. | Die Reinheit des an Wasserstofftankstellen angebotenen Wasserstoffs muss den technischen Spezifikationen der Norm ISO 14687-2, Hydrogen fuel ? Product specification ? Part 2: Proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cell applications for road vehicles (Wasserstoff als Kraftstoff ? Produktfestlegung ? Teil 2: Protonenaustauschmembran (PEM) Brennstoffzellenanwendungen für Straßenfahrzeuge), ausgegeben am 1. Dezember 2012, entsprechen. Das gilt für alle Wasserstofftankstellen, die ab dem 18. November 2017 errichtet oder erneuert werden.
