Kundmachung der Bundesministerin für EU und Verfassung betreffend Änderungen der Satzung der Internationalen Organisation für Migration und deren GeltungsbereichAuf Grund des § 5 Abs. 1 Z 6 des Bundesgesetzes über das Bundesgesetzblatt 2004 (BGBlG), BGBl. I Nr. 100/2003 idgF, wird kundgemacht:Auf Grund des Paragraph 5, Absatz eins, Ziffer 6, des Bundesgesetzes über das Bundesgesetzblatt 2004 (BGBlG), Bundesgesetzblatt Teil eins, Nr. 100 aus 2003, idgF, wird kundgemacht:Der Rat der Internationalen Organisation für Migration hat auf seiner vierten außerordentlichen Tagung in Genf durch die Entschließung Nr. 1385 vom 28. Oktober 2020 die Satzung der Organisation (BGBl. Nr. 133/1990, zuletzt geändert durch BGBl. III Nr. 221/2014) wie folgt geändert:Der Rat der Internationalen Organisation für Migration hat auf seiner vierten außerordentlichen Tagung in Genf durch die Entschließung Nr. 1385 vom 28. Oktober 2020 die Satzung der Organisation Bundesgesetzblatt Nr. 133 aus 1990,, zuletzt geändert durch Bundesgesetzblatt Teil 3, Nr. 221 aus 2014,) wie folgt geändert:Text of amendments to the IOM Constitution Article 12The Administration shall comprise a Director General, two Deputy Directors General and such staff as the Council may determine.Article 131.Ziffer eins The Director General shall be elected by a two-thirds majority vote of the Council and may be re-elected for one additional term. The term of office of the Director General shall normally be five years but may, in exceptional cases, be less if a two-thirds majority of the Council so decides. The Director General shall serve under a contract approved by the Council, which shall be signed on behalf of the Organization by the Chairman of the Council.2.Ziffer 2 ?Article 151.Ziffer eins In the performance of their duties, the Director General, the Deputy Directors General and the staff shall neither seek nor receive instructions from any State or from any authority external to the Organization. They shall refrain from any action which might reflect adversely on their position as international officials.2.Ziffer 2 Each Member State undertakes to respect the exclusively international character of the responsibilities of the Director General, the Deputy Directors General and the staff and not to seek to influence them in the discharge of their responsibilities.3.Ziffer 3 ?Article 16The Director General shall be present, or be represented by a Deputy Director General or another designated official, at all...
