Excellency,
With reference to the Agreement between the OPEC Fund for International Development and the Republic of Austria regarding the Headquarters of the Fund of 21 April 1981, as last amended by the Protocol of 9 October 2019 (the Headquarters Agreement), and the Agreement between the OPEC Fund for International Development and the Austrian Federal Government regarding the definition of the Headquarters of the Fund of 13 April 1983, as last amended by Exchange of Notes of 4 and 11 March 1998, concluded pursuant to Article 1 (m) of the Headquarters Agreement, I have the honour to inform Your Excellency that, following the acquisition of the property located at Parkring 6, the headquarters area has been further extended to that property, as evidenced by the area shown in the map attached to this letter.With reference to the Agreement between the OPEC Fund for International Development and the Republic of Austria regarding the Headquarters of the Fund of 21 April 1981, as last amended by the Protocol of 9 October 2019 (the Headquarters Agreement), and the Agreement between the OPEC Fund for International Development and the Austrian Federal Government regarding the definition of the Headquarters of the Fund of 13 April 1983, as last amended by Exchange of Notes of 4 and 11 March 1998, concluded pursuant to Article 1 (m) of the Headquarters Agreement, römisch eins have the honour to inform Your Excellency that, following the acquisition of the property located at Parkring 6, the headquarters area has been further extended to that property, as evidenced by the area shown in the map attached to this letter.
