Auf Grund des § 47 Abs. 5 Rechtsanwaltsordnung, RGBl. Nr. 96/1868, zuletzt geändert durch das Bundesgesetz BGBl. I Nr. 141/2009, wird im Einvernehmen mit dem Bundesminister für Finanzen und dem Hauptausschuss des Nationalrates verordnet:
