108.Multilateral Agreement M347under section 1.5.1 of ADR onthe carriage of monkeypox virus(1)Absatz einsBy derogation of Paragraph 2.2.62.1.4.1, Section 3.2.1. (Table A, Dangerous Goods List) and Chapter 4.1 of ADR, infectious substances containing monkeypox virus except for cultures of monkeypox virus may be carried under UN 3373 or UN 3291, as appropriate.(2)Absatz 2The consignor shall include the following entry in the transport document: ?Carriage in accordance with Multilateral Agreement M347?.(3)Absatz 3This agreement shall be valid until 31 December 2025 for carriage on the territories of those ADR Contracting Parties signatory to this Agreement.
