64. Kundmachung des Bundesministers für Kunst und Kultur, Verfassung und Medien betreffend den Geltungsbereich des Übereinkommens über die Privilegien und Immunitäten des Internationalen Strafgerichtshofs
Nach Mitteilungen des Generalsekretärs der Vereinten Nationen haben folgende weitere Staaten ihre Ratifikationsurkunden zum Übereinkommen über die Privilegien und Immunitäten des Internationalen Strafgerichtshofs (BGBl. III Nr. 13/2005, letzte Kundmachung des Geltungsbereiches BGBl. III Nr. 53/2012) hinterlegt:

Anlässlich der Hinterlegung ihrer Ratifikationsurkunde hat die Schweiz nachstehende Erklärung abgegeben:
?In Übereinstimmung mit Art. 23 des Übereinkommens erklärt die Schweiz, dass die in diesem Art. bezeichneten Personen, die Staatsangehörige der Schweiz sind oder ihren ständigen Aufenthalt in der Schweiz haben, im Gebiet der Schweiz nur die in diesem Art. festgelegten Privilegien und Immunitäten genießen.?
Weiteren Mitteilungen des Generalsekretärs zufolge hat das Vereinigte Königreich1 den territorialen Geltungsbereich des Übereinkommens wie folgt ausgedehnt:
- durch eine vom Generalsekretär am 11. Februar 2013 erhaltene Mitteilung:
?Die Regierung des Vereinigten Königreichs von Großbritannien und Nordirland wünscht, dass die Ratifikation des Übereinkommens über die Privilegien und Immunitäten des Internationalen Strafgerichtshofs durch das Vereinigte Königreich auf das Gebiet der Insel Man, für deren internationale Beziehungen das Vereinigte Königreich verantwortlich ist, ausgedehnt wird.
