203. Kundmachung des Bundesministers für Kunst und Kultur, Verfassung und Medien betreffend den Geltungsbereich des Zweiten Protokolls zur Haager Konvention von 1954 zum Schutz von Kulturgut bei bewaffneten Konflikten, Den Haag, 26. März 1999
Nach Mitteilungen des Generaldirektors der Organisation für Erziehung, Wissenschaft und Kultur der Vereinten Nationen wurden folgende weitere Ratifikations- bzw. Beitrittsurkunden zum Zweiten Protokoll zur Haager Konvention von 1954 zum Schutz von Kulturgut bei bewaffneten Konflikten, Den Haag, 26. März 1999 (BGBl. III Nr. 113/2004, letzte Kundmachung des Geltungsbereichs BGBl. III Nr. 122/2009) hinterlegt:

Anlässlich der Hinterlegung ihrer Ratifikations- bzw. Beitrittsurkunde haben nachstehende Staaten folgende Erklärungen abgegeben:
Belgien:
In Übereinstimmung mit Art. 16 Abs. 1 lit. a des Protokolls und dem Grundsatz der Nichtdiskriminierung wird Belgien die in Art. 15 des Protokolls genannten Straftaten verfolgen, ohne dabei die in Art. 16 Abs. 2 lit. b vorgesehene Ausnahme in Betracht zu ziehen.
Neuseeland:
Neuseeland erklärt, dass in Übereinstimmung mit dem verfassungsmäßigen Status von Tokelau und im Hinblick auf die Verpflichtung der Regierung von Neuseeland zur Schaffung der Selbstverwaltung für Tokelau durch einen Akt der Selbstbestimmung im Rahmen der Charta der Vereinten Nationen dieser Beitritt nicht auf Tokelau ausgedehnt werden soll, solange nicht die Regierung von Neuseeland eine diesbezügliche Erklärung beim Depositar nach eingehender Beratung mit diesem Gebiet...
