81. Kundmachung der Bundesministerin für EU und Verfassung betreffend den Geltungsbereich des Zusatzprotokolls gegen die Schlepperei von Migranten auf dem Land-, See- und Luftweg zum Übereinkommen der Vereinten Nationen gegen die grenzüberschreitende organisierte Kriminalität
Laut Mitteilung des Generalsekretärs der Vereinten Nationen hat Litauen den anlässlich der Hinterlegung der Ratifikationsurkunde gemäß Art. 20 Abs. 3 des Zusatzprotokolls gegen die Schlepperei von Migranten auf dem Land-, See- und Luftweg zum Übereinkommen der Vereinten Nationen gegen die grenzüberschreitende organisierte Kriminalität (BGBl. III Nr. 11/2008, letzte Kundmachung des Geltungsbereichs BGBl. III Nr. 157/2022) erklärten VorbehaltLaut Mitteilung des Generalsekretärs der Vereinten Nationen hat Litauen den anlässlich der Hinterlegung der Ratifikationsurkunde gemäß Artikel 20, Absatz 3, des Zusatzprotokolls gegen die Schlepperei von Migranten auf dem Land-, See- und Luftweg zum Übereinkommen der Vereinten Nationen gegen die grenzüberschreitende organisierte Kriminalität Bundesgesetzblatt Teil 3, Nr. 11 aus 2008,, letzte Kundmachung des Geltungsbereichs Bundesgesetzblatt Teil 3, Nr. 157 aus 2022,) erklärten Vorbehalt1 am 12. Mai 2023 zurückgezogen.
Ferner hat die Europäische Union2 dem Generalsekretär der Vereinten Nationen am 5. Oktober 2022 die Änderungen des Umfangs ihrer Zuständigkeiten in Bezug auf Angelegenheiten, die unter das oben zitierte Zusatzprotokoll fallen, gemäß Art. 21 Abs. 3 mitgeteilt. dem Generalsekretär der Vereinten Nationen am 5. Oktober 2022 die Änderungen des Umfangs ihrer Zuständigkeiten in Bezug auf Angelegenheiten, die unter das oben zitierte Zusatzprotokoll fallen, gemäß Artikel 21, Absatz 3, mitgeteilt.3
