134. Kundmachung des Bundeskanzlers betreffend den Geltungsbereich der in Kopenhagen beschlossenen Änderung des Montrealer Protokolls über Stoffe, die zu einem Abbau der Ozonschicht führen
Nach Mitteilung des Generalsekretärs der Vereinten Nationen haben folgende Staaten ihre Ratifikations-, Beitritts- bzw. Annahmeurkunden zu der in Kopenhagen beschlossenen Änderung des Montrealer Protokolls über Stoffe, die zu einem Abbau der Ozonschicht führen (BGBl. Nr. 640/1996, letzte Kundmachung des Geltungsbereichs BGBl. III Nr. 116/2006), hinterlegt:

Ferner hat Montenegro mit Wirkung vom 3. Juni 2006 erklärt, sich auch weiterhin an die Änderung des Montrealer Protokolls gebunden zu erachten.
Anlässlich der Hinterlegung der Beitrittsurkunde hat der Heilige Stuhl folgende Erklärung abgegeben:
Mit seinem Beitritt zum Wiener Protokoll zum Schutz der Ozonschicht und dem Montrealer Protokoll über Stoffe, die zu einem Abbau der Ozonschicht führen, sowie seinen vier Änderungen: London (1990), Kopenhagen (1992), Montreal (1997) und Peking (1999), möchte der Heilige Stuhl die gesamte internationale Gemeinschaft dazu ermutigen, echte Zusammenarbeit zwischen Politik, Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft entschlossen zu unterstützen. Solch eine Zusammenarbeit, wie es der Fall des Ozonschutzes gezeigt...
