131. Kundmachung der Bundeskanzlerin betreffend Änderungen der Anlagen A und C zum Stockholmer Übereinkommen über persistente organische Schadstoffe
Auf Grund des § 5 Abs. 1 Z 6 des Bundesgesetzes über das Bundesgesetzblatt 2004 (BGBlG) BGBl. I Nr. 100/2003 idgF, wird kundgemacht:
Auf ihrer siebten Tagung vom 4. bis 15. Mai 2015 hat die Konferenz der Vertragsparteien des Stockholmer Übereinkommens über persistente organische Schadstoffe (BGBl. III Nr. 158/2004, zuletzt geändert durch BGBl. III Nr. 130/2019) die nachstehenden Änderungen der Anlagen A und C des Stockholmer Übereinkommens beschlossen:
Aufgrund des Beschlusses SC-7/12 der Vertragsparteienkonferenz vom 15. Mai 2015 wird Hexachlorbutadien wie folgt in die Liste in Teil I der Anlage A des Stockholmer Übereinkommens aufgenommen:

Aufgrund des Beschlusses SC-7/13 werden Pentachlorphenol und seine Salze und Ester wie folgt in die Liste in Teil 1 der Anlage A des Stockholmer Übereinkommens aufgenommen, eine neue Anmerkung vi) in Teil I eingefügt sowie ein neuer Teil VIII der Anlage A hinzugefügt:

Part VIII
Pentachlorophenol and its salts and esters
Each Party that has registered for the exemption pursuant to Article 4 for the production and use of pentachlorophenol for utility poles and cross-arms shall take the necessary measures to ensure that utility poles and cross-arms containing pentachlorophenol can be easily identified by labelling or other means throughout their life cycles. Articles treated with pentachlorophenol should not be reused for purposes other than those exempted.
