130. Kundmachung der Bundeskanzlerin betreffend Änderungen der Anlage A zum Stockholmer Übereinkommen über persistente organische Schadstoffe
Auf Grund des § 5 Abs. 1 Z 6 des Bundesgesetzes über das Bundesgesetzblatt 2004 (BGBlG) BGBl. I Nr. 100/2003 idgF, wird kundgemacht:
Auf ihrer sechsten Tagung vom 28. April bis 10. Mai 2013 hat die Konferenz der Vertragsparteien des Stockholmer Übereinkommens über persistente organische Schadstoffe (BGBl. III Nr. 158/2004, zuletzt geändert durch BGBl. III Nr. 159/2012) die nachstehenden Änderungen in Anlage A des Stockholmer Übereinkommens beschlossen:
Aufgrund des Beschlusses SC-6/13 der Vertragsparteienkonferenz vom 10. Mai 2013 wird Hexabromcyclododecan wie folgt in die Liste in Teil I der Anlage A des Stockholmer Übereinkommens aufgenommen, eine Definition in Teil III eingefügt sowie ein neuer Teil VII hinzugefügt:

Part VII
Hexabromocyclododecane
Each Party that has registered for the exemption pursuant to Article 4 for the production and use of hexabromocyclododecane for expanded polystyrene and extruded polystyrene in buildings shall take necessary measures to ensure that expanded polystyrene and extruded polystyrene containing hexabromocyclododecane can be easily identified by labelling or other means throughout its life cycle.
