Bundesgesetz vom 7. April 1987, mit dem das Personenstandsgesetz geändert wird (Personenstandsgesetz-Novelle 1987)
Der Nationalrat hat beschlossen:
Artikel I Das Personenstandsgesetz, BGBl. Nr. 60/1983,
wird geändert wie folgt:
Die §§ 61, 62 und 64 Abs. 2 und 3 werden aufgehoben;
vor dem Wortlaut des § 64 Abs. 1 entfällt die Absatzbezeichnung „(1)".
Artikel II Dieses Bundesgesetz tritt rückwirkend mit dem Ablauf des 31. Dezember 1986 in Kraft.
Artikel III Mit der Vollziehung dieses Bundesgesetzes ist der Bundesminister für Inneres betraut.
