§ 1.Paragraph eins,
Dem Landeshauptmann und den ihm unterstellten Behörden im Land wird die Abwicklung der vom Bund bereitgestellten Sachzuwendungen für Schülerinnen und Schüler gemäß § 3b Abs. 1 Z 2 Bundesgesetz über einen Ausgleich inflationsbedingt hoher Lebenshaltungs- und Wohnkosten, BGBl. I Nr. 93/2022 idF BGBl. I Nr. 119/2023, zur Besorgung übertragen. Dem Landeshauptmann und den ihm unterstellten Behörden im Land wird die Abwicklung der vom Bund bereitgestellten Sachzuwendungen für Schülerinnen und Schüler gemäß Paragraph 3 b, Absatz eins, Ziffer 2, Bundesgesetz über einen Ausgleich inflationsbedingt hoher Lebenshaltungs- und Wohnkosten, Bundesgesetzblatt Teil eins, Nr...
